The 9th Annual Engineer Conference 2023

To cultivate the learning atmosphere of overall R&D technical capabilities, the company held the 9th Engineer Conference on November 27. This year we focus on "improving the stability of quartz frequency components from the aspects of design, materials and processes", "quartz semiconductor process development", "high-precision automated detection and process control technology", "thin wafer surface optimization technology", and "smart manufacturing" and other topics. We shared R&D results and exchange technical issues. Colleagues from the TXC group (headquarters, Ningbo, Chongqing, and Jingchuang) actively participated. A total of 102 papers were submitted by colleagues. After external review, 10 papers were selected for oral publication, 25 papers were excellent works, a total of 35 papers were selected. They were compiled into "2023 TXC Engineers" Conference Proceedings", corresponding rewards will be given to all authors of outstanding papers. The conference started with a speech of encouragement from Chairman Peter Lin, kicking off the conference. Then, Vice President Pei-ren Chang of the Industrial Technology Research Institute gave a speech on the theme of "Quartz Component Industry Development Overview and Future Application Trends." Engineering colleagues of the entire group participated in the meeting simultaneously through video conferencing to learn about the company's product research and development trends and the latest technological advances. At the end of the meeting, Chairman Peter Lin and President Kevin Guo, in addition to presenting the paper competition awards, also encouraged their colleagues. Through the improvement of R&D capabilities, deepen and implement the value brought to customers by the strength technology, and continue to work hard to which improves the R&D results vertically. While horizontally expanding the establishment of the ecosystem, inheriting knowledge and technology, and achieve the ultimate goal of TXC technology leadership.
