Graduated from West Texas A&M University with a master's degree in business management, he is the founder and first chairman of the company. He has been working in the field of quartz crystal since he started his career, and has a good reputation in the industry. He is the leading pioneer of Taiwan's quartz crystal industry.  During his tenure, he helped the company to go international, and also connected quartz-related technologies and markets with international giants. He was also committed to integrating Taiwan's quartz industry resources, enhancing the overall competitiveness of the industry, actively promoting the institutionalization of corporate management, strengthening corporate governance, improving operational efficiency, and leading the company towards international development. Graduated from Boston University with a master's degree in business management, he is currently the President and Deputy Chief Executive Officer of the company. During his more than 20 years in the company, he served as the executive vice president of the company and the vice president of the management center, the vice president of the quality assurance center, and assistant vice president of the marketing center, the president of TXC Optec Corporation. He has an international outlook, the ability to judge the characteristics of globalized professional market competition and the ability to innovate and lead professional team development. Graduated from Colorado State University with a master's degree in Electromechanical Computer Engineering, focusing on the research of high-frequency circuit design. He used to be the marketing director and R&D manager of Chan-Yu Corporation, and is currently the director of Golden Biotechnology Corporation, the director of Chan-Yu Corporation and the Chairman of Kang-Shuo Investment Corporation, specializing in software and hardware sales and R&D of laboratory teaching equipment and test instruments in different fields, with more than five years of work experience required for company business.

Graduated from Zhejiang University with a master's degree in management, he is currently the chairman of several subsidiaries of the company. He has served as deputy CEO and vice president for more than 20 years in the company, Possess profound industry experience and management practice. Possess rich practical experience in marketing strategy planning, product positioning, customer relationship management and international business development, and has factory management and operation management experience. He has introduced a number of manufacturing management systems to improve production capacity and efficiency, ensure product quality and delivery stability, support overall operation strategy and improve group operation performance. He graduated from the State University of New York with a master's degree in business administration. He is currently the president of TETC CORP. NINGBO, a subsidiary of the company. During his 20 years in the company, he served as the assistant vice president and director of the company's marketing center, mainly responsible for market development and customer management in the Greater China region. He specialized in market strategy, brand marketing and customer service, with extensive experience in cross-industry and product business promotion, corporate competitiveness development and project planning team leadership capabilities. He also actively participated in and led factory operations management, production planning, manufacturing process optimization, quality control and cost-effectiveness improvement, successfully promoted the integration of operational efficiency and manufacturing quality, and strengthened the overall operational performance of the group. He has served in Anhou Jianye CPA for many years as a practicing accountant, during which he undertook financial certification and internal control auditing business for many listed companies, and has a deep practical grasp of corporate financial systems and related laws and regulations. His expertise covers financial auditing, tax declaration, corporate internal control system design and evaluation, corporate governance framework establishment and compliance management, and he can effectively assist companies in strengthening financial transparency, risk control and governance efficiency. He is a professional and technical personnel who has passed the national examinations and obtained certificates for judges, prosecutors, lawyers, accountants or other national examinations required for company business.

Graduated from the Law Department of Soochow University and completed the EMBA program jointly organized by National Taiwan University and Fudan University. He has a solid legal professional background and a macro-enterprise management perspective. He has served as the Chief Legal Officer of Lite-On Technology Co., Ltd. and Lite-On Electronics Technology Co., Ltd., responsible for corporate legal strategy planning, risk control and major legal affairs, and has accumulated rich practical experience. He is currently the Senior Strategist of Technology Transfer and Law of the Industrial Technology Research Institute, specializing in intellectual property management, technology licensing and cross-border legal negotiations.
