The dragon boat racing on May 5th every year during Dragon Boat Festival is a most significant competition. The company welfare committee hosted the “Table Dragon Boat Racing” event on May 26th, and took the chance to promote new corporate culture spirit. The event was participated in by teams formed from respective centers. To induce more flexibility into teamwork operations, the friendly dragon boat competition was purported for staff to experience cross center organizational restructuring and job rotation to establish new team member relationships. The event began with communication and discussion between new members from every echelon, then worked together to build the perfect paper boat and plane written with corporate spirit after reaching a consensus. The boats and planes signifying the spirit of corporate culture were then blown into everyone’s heart after members overcome set obstacles. The event folded up with enjoyment under the participation of 150 employees.
