In 2011, through the guidance of the government's integration system, we began to build an "Authorized Economic Operator (AEO)", and used this to build a supply chain security system to obtain substantial results such as customs clearance discounts and improvement of service quality and efficiency and to meet customers' security requirements for the industrial value chain. The operation of this system mainly includes provision of education and training, risk assessment, goal, target, plan formulation, self-assessment check of high-quality enterprise verification, business partner audit, internal audit, management review, etc. In March 2012, we obtained the safety certification of high-quality enterprise certificate issued by the General Administration of Customs of the Ministry of Finance. We were also re-examined in 2015, 2018 and 2021 by the Customs auditors through conducting an on-the-spot verification. Then after their internal evaluation, we passed the AEO qualification again and maintained the validity of the AEO certificate.
