Chairman: Peter Lin

He received his MBA from the Department of Business Administration of the National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, and served as the Company’s Vice Chairman (1989-1992), General Manager (1992-2019) and 15th President of the Council for Industrial and Commercial Development, devoting in the fields related to quartz crystal for over 30 years. He has contributed to the Company’s industrial upgrade, and led the Company towards to becoming a global renowned factory, and thus allowing the Company to operate with stable growth. Currently, he is serving as CEO of the Company, Chairman of TXC (Ningbo) Corporation, Director of Chongqing ChongYang Property Co., Ltd., Director of TXC (Chongqing) Electronics Co., Ltd., Chairman of Growing Profits Trading Ltd., Director of TXC Japan Corporation, Chairman of Taiwan Crystal Technology (HK) Ltd., Chairman of Tai Shing Electronics Components Corp. and Director of Protech Systems Co., Ltd.

Director: Paul  Lin

He received his MBA from the Department of Business Administration of West Texas A&M University. He is the founder and the 1st Chairman of the Company. He has been working in the fields related to quartz crystal since his career and has a reputation in the industry. He is a pioneer in the quartz crystal industry in Taiwan. In 2001, he again assumed the position as a Chairman of the Company. During his term, besides assisting the Company to promote internationalization, he also integrated quartz crystal-related technologies and markets with international manufacturers, and he is committed to the integration of Taiwan's quartz crystal industry. Currently, he is serving as the Director of Quartz Industries Association of Taiwan, Chairman of Liang Xing Co. Ltd., Director of Tai Shing Electronics Components Corp., Director (legal representative) of uPI SEMI Co. Ltd., Director of Hantic Precision Technology, Inc. and Director (legal representative) of Shen Jiang Creative Co., Ltd .

Director: Kevin Guo

He received his Master’s Degree in Business Administration Management from Boston University and is serving as President of the Company. He served as Senior Executive Vice President of the Company, while holding concurrent posts as Vice General Manager of Administration Center, Vice General Manager of Quality Control Center, Assistant Manager of Marketing Center, and President of TXC Optech Corporation. He possesses an international outlook, the capability of judgment for the competitiveness of the global professional market and innovative tram leadership. He has extensive experience in marketing, operation management and strategic planning.

Director: Levi Chen

He received his MBA from the School of Management at Zhejiang University and served as Vice CEO of the Company, Chairman of TXC (Chongqing) Electronics Co. Ltd., Director of Chongqing ChongYang Property Co. Ltd. and Supervisor of Ningbo Bei Lun Jing Yu Trading Co. Ltd. He is holding concurrent posts as Vice Chairman (legal representative) of Ningbo Long Ying Semiconductor Co. Ltd., Director of Tai Shing Electronics Components Corp., Chairman of Ningbo Xing Mao Electronics Co. Ltd ., and Chairman of Atake Technology Co. Ltd. He is specialized in marketing and sales of electronic components.

Director: Sean Huang

Graduated with a Master of Business Management from the State University of New York. Currently the Director of the company's marketing center, and mainly responsible for the overall production and sales of the marketing center and customer management. He is specialized in market strategy, brand marketing and customer service, with cross-industry experience and experience in product and business promotion, improving corporate competitiveness, and leading the project planning team.

Director: Xu Xing-hao

He received his Master of Engineering (ME) degree in Computer Engineering Specialization from Colorado State University, specializing at high-frequency circuit design. He served as CMO of K-and-H Co. Ltd. Currently, he serves as R&D Department Manager of K-and-H Co. Ltd. , and Chairman of Kang Shuo Holdings Co. Ltd., specializing in sales and R&D of software and hardware for laboratory teaching equipment and test instruments in various fields.

United Microelectronics Corporation's investment company has a strong management team and professionals, and provides high value-added services related to the operation and management of the invested company. It is a professional venture capital company and currently serves as a director of Simplo Technology Co., Ltd.

Independent Director: Yu Shang-wu

He received his Ph.D. in Finance from the University of Birmingham. He served as the Dean of College of Business Management at Jinwen University of Science & Technology, Professor, Chair, and Dean of Student Affairs of Department of Information Management at National Taiwan University of Science and Technology, Chair Professor and Dean of College of Well-Being Industry at Yuanpei University of Medical Technology, Dean at College of Management and Senior Vice President of Tungnan University, Distinguished Professor and Dean of College of Informatics at Takming University of Science and Technology, Director (legal representative) of First Bank. He received his Ph.D. in Accounting from Shanghai University of Finance and Economics and a Master’s Degree from Department of Business Administration at National Chengchi University. She received her MBA from Department of Industrial Management from Carnegie Mellon University. She served as Chief Investment Officer and Senior Vice President at Pegatron Corporation, Chief Investment Officer at ASUSTeK Computer Inc. and Managing Director at UBS Group AG. Currently, she is the responsible person of Taiwan Office of Wyse Research Inc., responsible person of Yong Yu Investment Co. Ltd. , Director (legal representative) at Kinus Interconnect Technology Corp., Independent Director of JMO Corp. , Independent Director of AU Optronics Corp., Director of elite Foundation for Culture and Arts, Director (legal representative) at Spot Films Co., Ltd. Independent Director: Wang Chuan-fen

She received her LL.M. from the Columbia Law School at Columbia University. She served at Simpson Thacher and Bartlett LLP and Yong Yun International Law Offices. She is now serving as Partner of Chen and Lin Attorneys-At-Law, leads the capital and M&A team. Her specialized legal areas include securities, corporate, M&A, anti-trust, E-commerce, and investments and technical cooperation between Cross-Strait. She is experienced in cross-border and domestic M&A transactions and in assisting the client for corporate restructuring, overseas and domestic IPO and fund raising, foreign investment application, establishment of R&D or training center in Taiwan, government cash grants application, joint venture and anti-trust compliance. She is also expert at designing, drafting and negotiating various kinds of commercial agreements and general corporate matters. Her work experience covers corporate legal professional services in different industries in Taiwan and across countries.

Paul Lin - TXC Group Founder / TXC Foundation - Founder & Chairman

    Mr. Paul Lin earned his Master’s degree in Business Administration from West Texas A&M University, USA. He is the founder and first chairman of the company and has been engaged in the field of quartz crystals since the start of his professional career. Over the course of his career, he has built a reputation as a pioneer of the quartz crystal industry in Taiwan. He again assumed the position of Chairman in 2001. During his second tenure, he supported the company’s internationalization drive and brought the company in sync with international manufacturers in the field of relevant quartz crystal technologies and marketing efforts. He is also firmly committed to the integration of the quartz crystal industry in Taiwan.
